2019 January Water level report

Summary: Water levels are rising slowly at about 2% per week. At the beginning of January the level had risen to 75%; a similar level to last year. At this rate Carsington could be filled by Easter but, worryingly, river levels and flow rates in the Derwent have fallen significantly since Christmas such that pumping has been intermittent.
