AGM Arrangements 2021

This year, it is proposed to hold an extraordinary general meeting on Sunday 12th September 2021 at 13:00
All members are welcome to attend, but only full and family members (one vote per membership) may vote.
A notice to this effect is posted on the Club notice board and a bulletin (see attached) was sent out to full and family members on Friday 20 August 2021
Location of the meeting is planned to be in the Club training room
Voting can be in person (by show of hands), or by proxy vote.
The aim of this EGM is to enable the AGM to be held via Zoom, following the success of the meeting in 2020.
We hope members can be present, but if not there is a proxy form (attached) to enable you to cast your vote.
At this meeting there is only one item one the agenda and that is an amendement to the articles allowing the AGM to be held via Zoom.
